Ordering an Artwork
* It is possible to place an order directly from the price list.
* Consult the price guide to get an idea of the cost of your order.If you want a precise quote, don't hesitate to contact me via email.
* Make sure you have read our rules before requesting a commission.
To place an order, fill out the form provided in the announcement.
What you Need to Place an Order
* A clear visual reference of your character or animal.
* A PayPal account or a bank account ( for bank transfers ).
* A clear idea of what you want, with images and a brief description.
* If you do not meet these criteria, or if the order is too difficult to understand, your order may be rejected.
Mutual Respect
Mutual respect is essential. Any disrespectful behavior towards the artist before or after placing an order will result in the cancellation or refusal of the order. If the order has already been paid for, no refund will be possible.
Payment Terms
* Payment must be made in full in advance.
* The value in € must be respected regardless of the $ or any other variation.
* For orders over 300 €, a payment plan is possible.
* Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
* Accepted payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer.
Refund Policy
No refunds are possible; I fulfill all my orders to the best of my ability.
Therefore, it's important to take the time to think it through carefully, as it is important for the comfort of both parties.
Other Points to Know

* Clients must be 18 years or older for NSFW artwork.There are no set delivery times.
* However, to give an idea, the average is 1 month.A deadline is possible, with a surcharge of +50%.
* Keeping artwork "private" is possible, with a surcharge of +50%.
* Requesting modifications once the order is completed will incur additional fees.
* Copyrights to the artwork belong to Litchie D, unless otherwise stated.
Additional Terms for VTubers
* Additional required equipment and software -> VTubing Studio and a good webcam.
* You will need to approve the creation steps of your model.
* Once the model is completed and approved, you will receive the necessary files.
Usage Rights
* The artist retains the copyright of the works, unless otherwise stated. Clients may use the works for non-commercial personal purposes unless otherwise agreed.The artist reserves the right to use their works for commercial purposes (posters, artbooks, sketchbooks, etc.).
* If you wish to commercialize the artworks you receive from me, the service fee will be tripled and a contract will be put in place for 3 years, giving you the right to sell my works during the chosen period. French legislation requires this; we cannot sell commercial rights, we can only lease them.
